My work:

I am currently investigating some new materials that are friendly to the environment to use to speed up reactions of different molecules. This is particularly good if these materials can be used as alternatives in making medicines.

About me:

Country of Origin: South Africa

I am currently in my third year of PhD in Chemistry at St Andrews. I did my primary and

secondary education back in South Africa before moving to the UK. When I came to the UK, I attended Sheffield College and then went on to study Chemistry (MChem with Study in Industry) at the University of Sheffield. My hobbies are hiking, watching movies, reading and trying out different foods (although I am not so keen on cooking them).
