My work:

I am a battery scientist. My work focuses on developing new battery materials to make them environment-friendly and affordable.


About me:

Country of Origin: India


I am a researcher working in the field of sodium-ion batteries. I did my PhD in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune, India

in 2018. The PhD research involved developing nano size materials to capture air and water pollutants.


Education:

  • Bachelor of Science from the University of Pune, India

  • Integrated Master of Science-PhD form the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) in Pune, India

  • Postdoctoral researcher at the University of St Andrews, UK (present role)

My favourite subject in school:

Mathematics


My hobbies:

Cricket blogging and photography
